teak please help

The other night i performed oral sex on a man with ejaculation, i spit it out and rinsed my mouth with water.....it may have been in my mouth for 5 seconds.

I have no symptoms, its been 3 weeks now, and when i asked him his status again...he said to me that he would not lie to me about his status and gets checked every 6 months for his own safety, and actually gave me statistics on possible hiv transmission thru different scenarios, it all matched what is said here....I believe im ok and dont need testing, but i have no one to talk to about this as i am a closeted bi sexual...I havent had oral sex since my last test which was a year ago and was negative....please what do you think i should do?

Thanks

I also take uroxatral. It has side effects such as stuffy nose, throat soreness, headache, which do happen often.
