48, 80 and 83 days -ve, need to retest?

I had couple of encounters vwith escorts durring last 4 years, after the last one I have been tested for HIV, 48, 80 and 83 days, all came out negative. the first and last test was Hiv Duo Quick (4th generation?) the 80 days was DIMA Gmbh test. Should I retest again?
