i got tested today at the hospital the doctor said they used they elisa gold standard test does anyone know what kind of test a gold standard is?

gold standard test means the most usefull and comonly used one to the reach the Dx

NO. It's a standard ELISA test.

Ask them. A plain ole ELISA test is one of the best.

It's a Rapid test.

Then it wasn't a Uni Gold test. I Uni Gold test will give you the results in 10 minutes.
