the accuracy of PCR-DNA test to detect hiv-1 after 2 months

i have unprotected sex with a lady 3 months back. after one week i have developed symptoms like seviour fever, rash, headache, joint pains, muscle sore and swollen glands. these symptoms were last within 3 weeks. then i had a doubt that i am infected by hiv. and also i have a doubt regarding climatic change and mosquitos are surrouned us at that time for these symptoms. one month back, i went for PCR-DNA test to identify HIV in my body and i got tested it for NOT DETECTED since i believe this test would be much accurate than elisa and wetern blot at early stage of hiv. But still i have a doubt.  I have consulted a doctor about this test result. he has told me that we can believe this pcr-dna test at 99% accuracy and no need to go for another test. whether shall i go for elisa test after 3 months? Frequently, i am getting skin irritations and stomach ache. Please respond.

PCR-DNA test are not diagnostic test and are not approved to be used as diagnostic tests. Get a standard antibody test.

i got it negative in elisa antibody test, yester day ( after 3 months from exposure). whether is it sufficient to consider negative or shall i take one more elisa test after 6 months?
