the risk of oral sex(hiv,std)

Hi, i am a gay ,and i am curious about whether there remains any risk about infecting hiv or other STDs by oral sex.Do these infectious diseases  can be infected without wound on skin?
Rescently I have oral sex with two men,i am the passive part, and i ejaculated in their months.Do i have any risks?like hiv,Syphilis,hpv and hsv.

HIV is inactivated in saliva so no one ever got it from kissing or even oral sex in the 40 year history. You have to go to the std forum for other questions.
