I post this question for my friend. Two weeks ago he has sex intercourse with a CSW.He didn’t insert .What he did is only masturbation with a condom.. But the woman take the condom on his penise and with the hand speckle with her secretions. For the woman perform masturbate few seconds ago. My friend is worried about that the secretions polluted the inner of the condom, and he was infected in this dramtic way . I want to know can hiv virus be caught buy this way? Does he need to do a test ?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

I know masturbation is no risk .But he perform it with a condom and the condom may be polluted by secretions. You mean that even the penise touch the secretions in the condom
is still no risk?

He didn't have a risk. Masturbation does not transmit HIV and he doesn't need to test.
