think i'm infected

in june last year i had unprotected oral (briefly received and gave) and protected vaginal. This was with a csw in Myanmar, a country with a high hiv rate, especially in csw. I didn't know that at the time, but anyway, i might have rubbed lube onto her vagina before wearing the condom, so i could have transferred some vaginal fluid that way. Whilst having the vaginal sex i was struggling to cum, as i was somewhat drunk and she suggested i remove the condom and continue bareback. No way was i going to do that, in fact that disturbed me. What i did do as far as i can remember was removevthe condom and masturbate over her breasts.
A couple of weeks later i had developed a sore throat with pus at the tonsils and a high fever. Antibiotics were administered and i was better after a dsy or so. This didn't strike me as ARS at the time as there was  a sore throat going around the office st the time. In fact, i totally put it out of my mind until 3 months ago when i developed chronic rhinosinusitis which has persisted to now. I' ve been seriously worried and sleepless, as i had sex with my wife unprotected after the sore throat invident. She had a patch of dry skin on her head causing dandruff which made me think was a sign of hiv, plus i know am developing new pigmented patches on my torso which are freaking me out - it's like kaposi sarcoma - appearing overnight. So now it looks serious and i will have to go for a test. My last test was nov 2012...what do you think of my chances? My poor wife...

Your chances are absolutely zero. You have had NO risk at all. You are HIV negative if this is your only concern.

In adults, HIV is transmitted by:

Unprotected Anal/Vaginal Sex
Sharing IV drug equipment
Direct blood contact as in infected blood transfusions.

Uses condoms for vaginal and anal sex, and you will avoid HIV infection.
