tip of penis in touch with blood help!!!

hi  , sorry for bothering  you  but i have a questions to  ask

1.I went to toilet and the man who finished peeing is move his hand and his pee spit into my ear.  I realize that I had a wound in my ear about one day before this situation. I afraid if  his pee mixed with sperm or blood.
2.I have a body check in the hospital. I lied on bed.after finished chenking, tip of my penis may  touch with a little  brown thing on bed.  I  afraid if there is a currently dried blood. because I still  can scratch it.

does  I have a risk? need to test?

hiv virus is in blood , semen ,per-cum  vaginal fluid and breast milk ,
and sweat, tears and pees the doesnt carry hiv

So in pee situation the its cant be present and the virus dies very quickly when outside human body , so its cant pass only its outside body and when the blood is dry the virus dies alone ...
so u are at no risk ... i m not find correct words to answer your question hope i had passed the correct answers to u
