I was at a friend's of a friend party. There were a lot of people. I went to one of the toilets, my penis touched the toilet seat and felt immediately something that I believe was sperm. HIV is not transmitted in this manner, The HIV virus would be inactive and unable to infect if outside the host (Body). Getting HIV from a toilet seat is not a risk at all.
