transmission by sharing food
I shared a snack with a friend who is HIV +ve. He tore the snack in half by his hand and gave it to me. Absent mindedly i just ate it. I had a one day old sore on my inner cheek which was red to look & may be was sightly bleeding.
Is there any way I could have got infected

any second opinion on this. what if he had some cut on his finger. Will it be possible for the virus to enter my mouth sore this way. I know its weird imagination.. but i just want to be sure. Pls
