question for anyone with knowledge

Had an oraquick finger prick test and it was negative after one year of my one time unprotected exposure.

Currently seeing an infectious disease doctor because my Lyme disease western blot was positive. The doctor is doing another hiv Elisa test..he says the results will be available in 3 days.

Is there a chance that the Elisa will be positive and that the rapid test didn't catch the infection?

I have severe anxiety that the doctor hasn't called back with my results. I've taken about 6 hiv test after my exposure..some blood and some oraquick. All about 4 months and after. I'm scared the rapids missed the infection..and the regular Elisa is taking so long cause it's positive. Does this happen with rapids ?

Thank you..Idk why he would want to test again after a one year negative. Did he think that test wasn't good enough?
