unprotected anal, scared to death!!!

I had unprotected insertive anal with ejac.(i know its a high risk and was stupid to do) with a tranny about 2 weeks back. The next day i felt like i had a very low fever, stomach rumbling,feels like swollen lymph nodes in neck, headaches, so i started looking at hiv symptoms and this caused me to have a panic attack a few days later because i was so convinced ive been crying a lot lately because i have a girlfriend and been depressed and to add i dont feel a severe sickness if that makes sense? But i just wanted to know could my symptoms be due to anxiety and guilt because im a straight guy that was the first time i did something like that... im still goin to get tested to be sure, almost forgot to add the tranny got tested a few days later
And came back negative for everything and told me they got tested a month ago because they got a boob job and that their last partner was two months ago. any opinions will be greatly appreciated. I just wanna know if my symptoms can be due to anxiety and guilt plus ive seen plenty of times that a day after possible exposure is to early for ARS

I have the same problem ..m scared if i have infected her.becouse after my exposure i havent tested..scared to hell and anxiety has taken over me nwe bro have faith in god everthing will be ok

Thanks maybe im overthinking, cause i mean if her test came back negative theres still a small possibility but not likely that she is positive right? Taking in consideration of the window period though she said her last encounter was two months before me and only time she was unprotected was with me(don't know if i should believe) but if its true i should most likely be ok am i right?

I believe you are ok. But anxiety will destroy you if you let it.

Do what you need to do to allow yourself to move on. Get tested when your girlfriend is not present.

Apologies for bothering but i went to the ER last night to see about my anxiety i couldn't ask for hiv screening cause my girl was with me and doesn't know about me cheating and if i asked she would have found out but they drew blood and did chest x ray if there was any abnormality due to HIV would they be able to detect it from my blood sample?

its a good thing that your partner tests are negative so it's unlikely to you that you contracted HIV from her BUT you can't rely on that

as you said  anal sex is knowing as the riskiest  way of   HIV transmission  Specially  with a tranny ! anyway I suggest you to get your self tested  a PCR test well be a good test for you at this point of time .

and please use a condom with your girlfriend tell you make sure that you are free of HIV after a three mount negative test
