unprotected oral/ cut on tongue when open mouth kissing

I met a girl that told me she had been with about 40-50 different guys. i didnt know her hiv status. She performed unprotected oral sex on me twice, both different days. It was around bedtime and we both got done brushing our teeth. About 30min later she gave me oral sex. Another time i had bit my tongue and tasted blood in my mouth, and about 30min after i open mouth kissed her a little. i tried not to kiss too much for that fact. i got really bad anxiety about it during that time and regretted it. Had anxiety about it, so i would feel my neck ofter for lymph nodes. About 1 1/2 month later i still had anxiety about it and i felt slight pain, maybe tightness on the left side of my neck beside my throat. About a week later i had a bump at that spot that was about 1 - 1 1/2cm in size. Same thing happen in my right armpit about 1 1/2 - 2cm in size. bumps lump still there. could it be because i keep touching them. did i cause them to swell? This is the only sexual contact i have ever had in my life. and im 20 years old. im getting tested soon, but im so scared. not sure if i had thrush but my tongue has looked like a lot of plaque on it. i scrap it off and it dosnt bleed, so im hoping its not. what are my chances of being infected?? i dont know if she had blood in her mouth all that time. What if she was bleeding in her mouth when i was? what if she was bleeding from brushing and then the oral!!!

Dude, you are going through the same situation I went through. I was worried about catching HIV from a girl I made out with at the bar and thought I tasted blood. I was convinced that my chances of getting HIV were high and I let my anxiety ruin my life for a month. I got tested for everything after 32 days, and even took the HIV DNA PcR test. It all cost me like 400 bucks but I felt 100% better when everything came back negative. You had no risk to begin with. Don't let your anxiety control your life like it did for me.
