unprotected oral from hiv infected person..

Hi I hope I can get some advise from medhelp. 5 days ago I was realy intoxicated and I received a blow job from a street sex worker. Drug addict to. We both were intoxicated and I had a blow job for maybe 20 min. When I noticed blood on my penis I stop.. She later confess she was hiv positive.i usuly dont do that. I have a beautiful one year baby and a wife I love. but I was out drinking with a friend and he got me into that while I was way to intoxicated. I guess I shouldnt blame no one from my actions but that what it is..we are out of town worker and I screwed up.actualy its first time I ever cheat on her . I love her and I regret it. 5 days later I have diarhea.. Dry mouth and abdominal cramps.those cramps are on and off since day 3.iam pretty sure I got hiv from her since the blood.and I have herpes from 10 years ago so everything is against me. Any advise?

Ok. So I imagine that over the year you been on medhelp you had thousands and thousands of same questions then mine right? Same situation.  right? There is never been no one who turn out to be positive from oral on medhelp after asking a similar question? Honnestly.

I can't help the incorrect information that you read on other websites. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.

I know peoples on medhelp say its not a risk but I found some peoples on diffrent forums that say that is how they contracted the virus.so there is proof of it. How come no one never believe it? Or how come it still say that there never been a case?i think I lost everything now.
