unprotected sex. now cough with brown mucus
Hi,
I had unprotected sex last Saturday night/Sunday morning (6 days ago). 2 days after that on Tuesday I began to have a cough which has stayed with me and hasn't gotten too much better, it's kind of worse at night I guess? It's pretty much a DRY cough and I cough throughout the day here and there, but its just ONE cough and then I won't have to cough for another 10-15 min or so. Also, I don't actually COUGH UP flem, but after I cough and I need to clear my throat sometimes, there is BROWN MUCUS that I spit up.
IS THAT AN EARLY SYMPTOM OF HIV?

Symptoms or the lack of symptoms won't tell you your status and symptoms if one has them at all don't come on that quick. If you have a concern see your doctor.
