unprotected sex with HIV+ Female

Now, my results have a little description here thats totally confusing: maybe the Dr or forum memebers might elaborate

#1The HIV Ag/Ab is 100% sensitive in detecting HIV infected patients that are not in the window period. Window period varies between 18 days to 6 weeks
#2 The negative HIV Ag/Ab result exclides the diagnisis of HIV infection in all patients that do not have history of exposure during the 18 days-6weeks before the test requested.

does this mean that u can have symptoms before 2 weeks after infection?

There is nothing confusing about it.  To give a conclusive result this test needs to be taken 6 weeks after the exposure - that's what it says.
