condom isnt safe 100%,how about all u said

hai there just need u all to share a opinion.
there's many GP and Doctor Said a condom isnt safe 100% preventing hiv virus because they said the condom has a little small hole and the hiv virus is very smaller than a condom so they can enter even a protected penetration sex and also in the box of condom it's note a condom is not guaranted 100% preventing pregnancy, std or hiv.
how about your opinion about condom?
please feel free to share your opinion in here,tq for reading.

first I do apologise for my words and I'm not perfect in it nor am a dr.      but IT IS A LIE cause it has been popular in China for a moment but finally broke a few years ago by statement from CDCs that condom is 100% safe if used correctly .
second, I'm not googling anything cz we use www.baidu.com and I stay here just to learn and help if I can.
last, I didn't mean to mock u. I just trust experts here  and people like teak, lizzie, rainlover or so, I believe what they said.

You were told incorrectly.  Condoms, when they don't rupture are completely effective in preventing HIV.  Like Lizzie said, the reason some might say 99% or less than 100% is the risk that they may break.  When a condom is intact, then you are protected.

Condoms don't get little holes, they either stay intact or break wide open.

yours is not an opinion to share, and there is no need to argue about  whether incorrect or not,  it's just an outdated lie, and I've already seen this lie broke in China.
As lizzle and teak said, without failure, latex, polyisoprene, and polyurethane condoms do provide 100% protection.
I see you live in indonesia, it's not surprise to see such ocd talkings in China and south Aisa countries, cause people there receive only few educations on hiv, even drs.  thus it's much easier for someone to spread rumors among the population for commercial purpose.

latex, polyisoprene, and polyurethane condoms PROTECT against the transmission of hiv.

condoms can't be considered 100% safe because the have the potential to rupture if not used correctly.

Are you sure is he a doctor? It´s a terrible lie. I can´t believe a doctor says a such big lie like that. If you use correctly no risk, no way. ask HIV doctors experts.
