Yes it is a fact but it is not the only reason as to why there is no scientifically provable instance of oral sex ever being a way of transmission.
Is it a fact that saliva has enzymes that can neutralise the hiv virus ?is this the conclusive reason as to why oral sex is not regarded as an exposure to hiv ?thanks

You can't catch hiv from insertive oral sex. Every doctor will tell you this.
