You're not quite understanding. It's not that it doesn't always take place, it's that it CAN take place. It doesn't always take place when there is ejaculation either. Bottomline is that you have had a risk. Perhaps a low one, but certainly a risk. You can test 3 months after your exposure to get your definitive results.
yes. im aware of precum, however, it doesnt alwyas take place correct?. I mean if a man removes his penis and continues manually for a while before ejaculating outside?
