Could i have contracted anything?

Hello! for like 2 months ago i had sex using a condom with a prostitute woman. In the end, when i finished, i noticed that the condom had something white around it, and now i am thinking that it might have been my sperm, indicating that the condom was broken.
I also fingered her for 10 seconds, mind you that i usually bite my nails, and i had an opening in my skin.
I did a test after 6 weeks and it was Negative. The test took about 5 days to be ready, and after reading some posts here, i noticed some tests are more acurate then other. A test that needs 5 days.. is it a reliable one?
I have been experiencing also for like 3 weeks now... headaches and for 2 days i had stif neck, and for 1 week now i also had a grown thing like a small nut in my armpit, which hurt, now i think it's getting healed since it became smaller and it doesn't hurt that much if i touch it, compared to how much it hurt like 4-5 days ago.
I noticed these could be signs of primary hiv, but on the other hand, symptoms are not something reliable.
Also, the headaches appeared ocasionally during these last 3 weeks, mind you- i never had headaches for more then a day in my whole life.
I've also been experiencing blured vision. I have a -0.15 and -0.25 on my eyes, and lately it seems i can't live without my glasses.
Mind you that i didn't experience these headaches and the other symptoms just because i was anxious or something like that.
I had like 2 weeks when i didn't even think of having hiv , i totally forgot about it and i was over this,,, And then all of a sudden i had headaches that lasted until now.
So is the 6 week test reliable ?
