very worried about HIV after exposure

hi Docs, I took some wrong decisions and now I am sick with worry.

About a week and some days ago on a business trip, I had much to drink (in fact I was drunk), ended up with a random lady (more like prostitute) in my hotel room whom I had vaginal intercourse with. I wore a condom, but about 50 seconds in the condom broke with a pop and I immediately pulled out and rushed to the bathroom where I washed my penis with water. Thereafter I didn't have penetrative sex with her again rather I sexed her breast.

here are the facts:
I have never met this lady before and she stays in an area where HIV prevalence is high
she had a cold and in fact she  turned off the air conditioner because of this
when the condom broke, she didn't as much as worry

Ever since this episode I have be worrying myself sick. Exactly one week after the episode, my throat was scratchy, the next day I had runny nose/sneezing and a day later a cough. I have felt a bit feverish but generally fine and I am not running any temperature. My wife also complained about a scratchy throat but so far no other symptoms.

Am I experiencing ARS?
What was my exposure risk?
how long does it take to catch a cold after exposure to the virus?

Thanks in advance for your help

You had a risk with the broken condom thus take a DUO test at 28 days or antibody test at 8 weeks.

Hi,
I have to say that even though the unprotected penetration  lasted for a few seconds there is a low risk of transmission. Best thing to do is to stay calm and wait for the right time to test. A 4th generation  test will be accurate at 4 weeks post exposure or a simple test will be accurate at 3 months post exposure. Meanwhile I would abstain from sexual actions with my partner.

We can not estimate and review symptoms via internet. You could visit a spesialized doctor though and discuss your worries or be patient until the test, but thats your decision to make. Try to stay calm and strong.
