Really Worried of getting HIV

Dr., I have two questions. First, few days ago, I had gone for shaving. The Barber had open cuts on upper part of his finger. I think my cheek might come in contact with those cuts while putting after shave lotion. What's the chance of getting hiv from that? And Secondly, last day, I got suddenly some dried blood on palm of my right hand. I don't know from where did I get this? I'm really worried. Please help me.

Thanks, actually from last 2 months, I have been suffering in anxiety of getting HIV. On 10th June, me and my school friend suddenly performed unprotected oral while watching porn (Though we are not gay men). I don't know his HIV status but as far as I know him, he never had no outside sex relationship. However, I got a HIV test (COMBO TEST) after 4 weeks from that exposure. It came negative. But from then, I got this phobia. I have already consulted with a psychiatrist. Yet I'm going broken day by day.

You were not at risk for hiv. Your skin is a protective barrier. You didnot have any open wounds. Relax and don't think about this further.
