whats wrong with me!!

Hey all,
I am trying to piece together my symptoms if anyone can offer any suggestions.

-oral thrush
-fatigue
-swollen neck glands
-low abdominal pain (ovaries?)
-occasional liver(?) pain

-ringworm
-athletes foot

-shingles (at 12 years old!)

I tested negative for HIV about a month ago after possible exposures 6-9 months ago. I was so excited about the results I forgot to ask any questions like what was my cd4 count, etc. Now Im finding it hard to believe they actually ran the tests! (It was a clinic, and they hardly took me seriously.)
now I have oral thrush which I think is very uncommon for people my age unless u have AIDS or cancer. I am 22. I have had a white-ish tongue for as long as I can remember but developed a white spot at the back of my throat the other day which is now gone, I am using an antifungal treatment. But a few months ago I also had a ringworm on my shoulder - highly uncommon!! and a mild case of athletes foot. When I read that these are all related to the same herpes group and can be symptoms of HIV infection - and what else!? I had shingles when I was younger which is also VERY RARE! The fact that my supposedly healthy body can't shake this recurring fungal infection is driving me crazy! My other symptoms include: chronic fatigue and swollen neck glands. plus the abdominal pain for which i am getting an ultrasound tomorrow.
Could it be related to recurring glandular fever (mono)? I had that when I was 16.... should I get retested for HIV? I thought that nightmare was over! or is it possible I have some kind of cancer (cervical? I have had lots of sex partners)? Thanks for your help!

thats the problem, the oral dr says well if nystatin gets rid of it than its thrush, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt, even when i took diflucan, it went away until the two days before the last dose and it came back. cultures on candidia in the mouth dont really help since its present in everyone, bisopy is the only way

okay finally found it, didnt realize it was under fibromyalgia. let me know what you get from it. you know where i hide on the body. lol. also strange thing about my thrush, first it not getting better with the anti fungal lozenges, also eating an orange should make it burn more but it doesnt , also hot food should make it feel worst, i hate the idea of going through a biospy, ouch.

Your 6 month negative result means you do not have HIV.
Athletes foor and ringworm are nothing to do with HIV in your case, see your Doctor and they will probably prescribe Ketconazole, Daktacort or something.
I also have recurring fungal infection on foot and hands (spots, turning to open sore) before the risk and they healed after the risk. I believe they are stress related.

i have reoccuring thrush, fungus on feet that wont go away, mild case of shingles, like you i tested numerous times outside the window period, all neg. something else must be causing our symptoms. stress can do alot to the immune system, oh i did have a cd4 test and percentage, normal, so dont even bother with that. hope you find what causing your symptoms.
