white blood cell and hiv

can anyone explane to me the relation between t lymphocytes in window period and hiv
and can anyone assure me when i have a high tlymphocyte by a small range and decrease in monocytes that i dont hvae hiv ?
the doctor said to me that when i have a high t lymphocytes after 7 weeks of possible exposure then it is a good indication that i dont have hiv
moreover as per my researshed i have noticed that viruse and bacteria can show an increase in t lymphocytes to fight the illness and hiv is a virus so what is the truth regarding this

Move on. You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.
