What are the chances that a hiv negative at 4 week can change to a hiv positive 7 week ? i am really losing myself , anxiety is killing me :/

Still i am a young woman , and i fought with myself to get tested i lost weight during this time , stressing , convincing myself i was hiv positive . They did not even mention that was the fourth generation when i asked them , looked like they did not even know ( people don't get really tested for hiv in albania or they do at last stage when it is close to Aids ) . I am just so glad that you helped me answering .

then the doctors at this hospital should go in jail ... seriously  ... been telling me i need to wait 6 months ...
Duo ... means 100 % accurate results at week 4 if negative ..
well ok i am done worrying i do not have hiv ! i can live my life . End

I am just confused about it generation ...

day 47 ac anti hiv duo  serum / plasma ECLIA        Result 0.24   Negative      ....  is this good enough for me to stop worrying ?  thank you in advance for your answer jamesD . Your answers are really helpful to me

several vaginal intercourse without condoms with a man i dont know his hiv status even that he says he is hiv negative . after one month of last exposure i got an ac acti hiv duo test i dont know generation came back negative . today i went to doanother hiv test at almost 7 week but i am so worried i hope results wont change :(
