reuse needle tubing and use syringe needle

I growed up in an very poor village.When  had a cold,we would go to the clinic for help.The doctors often used the same syringe needles,but changed needle tubing.Can HIV spread in this way?Also the doctors would pull some liquid out before the injection.

For HIV transmission it requires infected blood to be injected into a vein. You never had an exposure.

But how can i get HBV? You kown in China many years before,many people got HBV because of the reuse of needles and syringes when we had  vaccine
in the poor areas.I just want to kown if i would get HIV in the same way!

My sister and I all were infected with HBV when we were very young because of the reuse of syringe needles! That is what disturbing me! I don't kown can one get HIV at the same way!
