yeast overgrowth, possible ars symptom?

About 28 days after I had unprotected sex (with someone who used to use iv drugs - although they SAID they never shared needles and we live in a very small town where i dont think there are many people at all that would even have hiv), I developed yeast overgrowth in multiple parts of my body at once (vaginal yeast infection, oral thrush, and in my intestines). At this time i had no fever, no sore throat, no chills, rashes, etc.

Since then (its been about a month) I have gotten rid of the vaginal yeast infection very easily, but i still have oral thrush (actually seems to be getting worse with treatement), and i still have digestion issues (diarrhea for a few days, then constipated for a few days). I'm just wondering, if this random yeast overgrowth could be related to possibly being infected with hiv? I KNOW it isn't a normal ars symptom, but isn't it a little coincidental that my body just had a random yeast overgrowth in multiple parts?? Isn't that rare? My immune system is already kind of messed up i think, because i have autoimmune issues (probably lupus - not on meds or anything yet though). But i have never had any problems like this before, and i worry if i did somehow contract hiv from this guy, would it harm my immune system more faster because of my existing autoimmune issues, and possibly cause this yeast overgrowth very early during ars?? But if it was a sign of ars, wouldn't I have other symptoms too?

I know they say a lot of people do not get symptoms at ars, but most people do right? The only thing i can think that could have caused the yeast overgrowth besides being infected with hiv would be that i went back on my birth control about 2 days prior to this, and had been eating a lot of bread and junk food lately. And if i did get the yeast overgrowth because of ars, wouldn't it be gone by now? Its going on over a month, and i dont' know what to do. I am on treatment but its not helping very much.

I should also note that during the unprotected sex, he did not cum inside of me, and i heard that lowers the risk significantly. However, maybe i would have been more succeptible to getting something because my immune system is already a little wacky due to the possible lupus.

Any answers you can give me would be great! I do plan to get tested, but 3 monthes haven't passed yet.

symptoms or lack thereof...do NOT diagnose hiv...only a test will do that.

if you want to know your status...you test.
6-8 weeks will give a good indication of your status
3 months is conclusive

I know that the only way to know for sure is to test, and like i said i will be doing that in about a month. I was wondering if anyone could answer any of the questions i asked though.... I could not find much information about it online, and since I have to wait another month it would be nice to have as much information as possible! not to mention i am kind of interested to know.

Just by symptoms so far, because it came about at the exact same time as the other 2 and they were both confirmed yeast. Right now he basically is just treating me and seeing if it goes away. It seems to be improving at least. If it does not go away then tests will be done.

At first I thought maybe the digestive stuff could be due to ars, but it has been going on for an entire month so that wouldn't be acute.

I didn't get tested, but I found out I never had systemic yeast infection. They are running more tests soon though, although it would b very likely to be hiv because I have had these symtoms (symptoms) for over a month and it seems to be getting worse with time which isn't consistent with hiv. Not sure thought.
