ADHD

I have individual health insurance for my family including one child that has undiagnosed ADHD but takes meds for it, which my policy does not help pay for so I am looking to switch insurance company's to one that offers mental health benefits to individual policies. I am in Oklahoma city ok, any ideas? do I have to tell them she has ADHD even though we don't have a diagnosis for it but are using medication?
