Getting up in the morning

I've never been one for the mornings, give me a back shift any day.
I have two alarm clocks and an alarm set on my mobile telephone. Still I sleep through and am late for work every day. Not just a few minutes ... at least an hour, usuall two or three.

I wake everyone in the whole street with my alarms ... I just don't wake me.

Any alarm clock recommendations please?

You are a lucky man.Sleep is kind to you to be with for extra hours. My problem is reverse.I sleep at 11 pm.with the help of Alprozalam +Melatonin nd get up at 4 am. Ihad to do yoga and meditation to pass time and again try to sleep for one hour of so.
I would love to sleep at least 8 hours at a stretch. That would be a lucky night.
I wish to do away with Alprozalam. Can you suggest any thing.
For getting up early you may drink more water before you sleep. This is just a simple suggestion you might have tried.Vibrating alarm clock will be the best answer.
Or Self Hypnosis.Suggestion: Before sleeping close your eyes and vesualize a big clock.. visualize the hands of the clock 12 o clock.Than one ,tw9, three. four, five and six. Now return to 12 o clock position by counting the reverse thai is 6,5,4,3,2,3,2,1,and 12.Do this for two or three times. then give a suggestion to your self that you getting up at whatever time you want to wake up. I have done this in my young age.You may also learn some  hypnosis from some expert.
I am failure in self hypnosis as it is  a drug Dependant's problem. I hope something comes up because of this correspondence.

I've heard of vibrating alarm clocks that go somewhere in your bed, not sure. Deaf people use them. Maybe you'd respond better to somethign like that?

Have you had your hearing tested??
