No earwax no infection, deafness?

Male
19 years old
good physical condition
No health concerns before this.

For 8 days Ive been deaf in my right ear, I used debrox for 3 days in the begining but with no effect beside some earwax shifting toward the outer portion of my ear.

On the 4th day I went to the "doctor" and she said my ear drum had a bump in it.  After being incredibly vauge she prescribed me anti itch/earwax drops and an antibiotic(sp?).

pills twice a day for 6 days.  Drops 3 times a day for 6 days.

Nothing.

I have no earwax in my ear that I can see (using morden technology and an array of mirrors.), and an infection seems unlikely as Im in good health.

I dont have a loud enviroment at all, I perfer things quiet.
Im not ontop of cleaning my ears but i do sometimes.

To my best recollection, it started when I was washing my face and submerged my head in the sink.

immediatly after removing my head and swinging my head about like a tard, I noticed i couldnt hear.

Go ahead, save me. =D plz.

If you don't have wax blocking your ear and don't have a clear fluid in the middle ear then the hearing loss could be inner ear.
all these conditions are treatable but you MUST get a diagnosis. the sooner the better.
Inner ear hearing loss can only be diagnosed by an audiogram and ruling out other causes. This is serious.

What W/a/J means is, go get your hearing tested by an audiologist!

And do it immediately!!

I presume the "doctor" you saw was not an ENT. ENTs usually have audiologists attached to their office, or they'll refer you to one.

It sounds like your doctor does not employ an audiologist....  so really looking in someones ear canal and telling you what is wrong is really a vague approach.  I might as well stare at your tongue and try to determine why your foot itches.
