What happened to my ear and i it permanent?

Ok so i was slap boxing my friend and i hit the right side of my head on the wall. Well my hearing on my right side got really clogged but i can still hear a little bit, and when i got home from school i tried to see if cleaning my ear would help but then i came to realize my ear was bleeding. Whenever i swallow, yawn, open my mouth, or rotate my jaw to the right side it hurts really bad.  Is this permanent and will my hearing eventually completely go out on my right side or will it heal eventually and how long will it to take if it will heal.

Sorry to hear about what happened, that doesn't sound fun to deal with!  I'd highly recommend heading to a doctor to get checked out- you don't want to mess with hearing loss and there is a potential that things can get worse if you don't seek medical care.  Of course, there is a chance that things can heal on their own- but you don't know until you get checked out by a professional what is the case for you.  I do hope you are healed up soon!
