Hello. I am 45 yrs old man. Sufferring from PVCs for 20 years and having one VT atack ending up with cardioversion in ER ,in 1999, I was diagnosed Idiopatic monomorphic VT . I went through an EPS and my VT was successfully ablated . My doctor told me that if my PVC s and VT were originating from the same point , the PVCs would have been gone with the VT but unfortunately, that was not the case.My VT problem is over but my PVCs have been growingly continuing and lowering my life quality significantly. When I discuss with my doctor , he says "do not worry, they're harmless". I know they are . but it is very disturbing that they are with me all the day (25,000 in 24 hrs holterHolter monitor (24h) and most of them are bigeminy.) and extremely annoying during the night , before sleep. I discussed again with my doctor if ablation of PVCs is possible. He said :" yes, but the success of ablation to eliminate PVCs is limited"
Does anybody have an ablation experience for PVCs ? Thanks for any input on this issue.
