Angina Vasospasm

I have been a Infantry Soldier for 18 years just a couple of days ago a was diagnosed with Angina Vasospasm and Hypertension. What is the probability of me being able to perform my duties as a Infantry soldier again. I have never had any medical problems before. But have a strong family history of heart disease.
