Anxiety, dizziness and sinking heart feeling after drinking alcohol last nigh
Sometimes when I had overdose of alcohol the next day I feel dizziness ,anxiety and sinking heart feeling. I am 34 years old. My eating habits are healthy but I drink regularly and smoke 2-3 cigarettes per day.My BP normally in the range of 125-130(Upper)/80-90(Lower).I don't have any gas problem. I was not having any medicine before.
A Day before I had 8-9 units of alcohol. Problem started next day when I start feeling dizziness , anxiety and sinking heart feeling ( or panic attack ) I cant describe. I went to doctor and checked my BP,it was 124/90. But suddenly after 5-6 minutes it shoots to 156/100. My body was cold and sweating. I felt very uneasiness at heart( no chest pain) and blackout. The doctor administered Amlokind -At and Nitrolong-6.4 to me. But still I was not feeling easy. He advised me for ECG at once . Report showed Sinus bradycardia , Nonspecific T wave abnormality. I went to other heart specialist doctor he told me its only stress related problem and keep stress level low, nothing much to worry. He prescribed me Rabeloc RD and Revotril 0.5 mg 2 times daily for 3 days.
I would like to ask what exactly has happened to me and what should be further course of action so that I can prevent this from happening it again. Please advice.
