Any Doctor that review my ECG?...

I'm working at Madrid, Spain. 6 months ago my company made a health check and they give me this ECG with the indication to view a Heart specialist. I'm worried about what they wrote over the ECG, supposed to indicate an Myocardial Infraction and Hypertrophy. Please if any Doctor could review this ECG and give me any advise over it.
