OK here goes, I will tell you what they said and you translate it into english please!
Enlargement of the right atrium and right ventricle with moderate tricuspid regurgitation and mild elevation of right ventricular systolic pressures. Mild diastolic noncompliance left ventricular structure.mild enlargement of the left atrium. tricuspid flow demonstrates a significant jet of regurgitation graded as +2/4.Peak flow velocity of this jet correlates with mild elevation of right ventricular systolic pressure. Mitral flow end flow velocities are mildly abnormal demonstrated reversal of the E and A ratio consistant with mild diastolic noncompliance.
Right ventricle is enlarged at 24.0-mm and left atrium is enlarged at 43.0-mm
Now my symptoms are getting worse and worse, shortness of breath pulling on the side of chest , dizzy, very very tired, little exertion makes me very winded and I sweat alot, getting sick to my stomache and feet and fingers are swelling alot too.
going for stress test today. What is this that the echocardiogram says . How did this happen? What can be done to fix it ? I am very scared. Please help 37years old and had a baby 8 months ago today. No history of heart disease on either side of my family. Thank you

My father is a 67yrs old - has a history of highblood pressure, diabetes, heart troubles, had a by-pass last year and has had heart failure 2 times this year - most recent yesterday.  He is having trouble with his oxygen levels, only between 84-90 with oxygen - without drops between 60-70.  They just told us that he has an enlarged heart - this is the first time we are hearing this - it was never mentioned last year when he had his surgery.  I guess my question is - is his oxygen and enlarged heart related?  What causes the enlarged heart? can it be treated?  Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone said anything about post-partum cardiomyopathy?  When did your symptoms start?  I don't have direct experience with this, but have read some about it.

The echo reveals some enlargement of the right side of your heart with mildly incrased pressure. These findings alone would not be sufficient to explain your severe symptoms. An undetected abnormality on the echocardiogram, such as valve disease that was not properly visualized, could account for the abnormalities on the echo and your symptoms. A stress echocardiogram will also be useful.
