Bicuspid Valve repair?

Thanks for your reply on exercise and bicuspid aortic valve leakage. My next question is can a bicuspid aortic valve be repaired or must it be replaced?

Most often the valve will need to be replaced, though there are a number of specific options for replacement, such as mechanical or tissue valves, or homografts.
