I have also family history with heart problems. as i have told my ECG was not good but Echo and CT engio was normal and fine.  I m worried because i m thinking may be it was Angina pain. you should monitor your blood pressure everyday to be sure. make sure to have a healthy lifestyle. dont eat the foods that are high in saturated fat and most of all the dangerous fat - trans fat. lessen your sodium intake. you should eat foods that are high in fiber.

maybe you are nervous when you are undergoing ECG. maybe your veins and arteries are narrowing. you should watch what you eat. don't take too much salt and fatty and oily foods. high uric acid and cholesterol can cause blockage in the arteries. it can make you blood too sticky and your heart is pumping harder. i also have the same condition. lucky for you your health is still ok. unlike mine. im already losing hope because of my condition..
