I can't think of any other cardiac test to order, so if these are in fact normal then yes, I would say that it is neither life threatening nor related to any congenital heart disease, aortic or thoracic vascular cause, or life threatening pulmonary disease, I would recommend you to stop smoking, however, start an exercise program and caloric restriction and maintain your BMI between 20-23.
It doesn't bother me when I exercise, I guess that is why I passed all the stress tests. I can't really pinpoint what brings it on. As far as all the tests, I ended up in the hospital in July because I passed out, so they ran every heart test on me to make sure it wasn't my heart. They say it is vasovagal reflux.....not sure though because when I did the tilt-table I passed it. Who knows....I guess I am left to wonder?
curious though, is your chest pain worse when you exercise?
I take it you have good insurance???
goodness, i have similar problems to you and my doctors told me that anything beyond the usual labs, a plain chest xray, resting echo, and a Holter was un necessary
Thank you for your response. I am wondering though if you think these could be related to my GI problems. I understand that I can rule cardiac problems but do you have insight as to where else I should start looking. Is Right Bundle Branch Block "normal" in a case like me?
