Coronary Artery Spasms or Esophageal Spasms?

I had 4 stents placed in my heart due to blockage from Heart Disease 2 years ago.  Recentally, I was hospitalized due to severe chest pain/pressure that radiated down my  lt.arm.  I had a cardiac cath done which showed no blockage.  Also, EKG was done during episodes of severe chest pain while in the emergency room was normal.  The pain I experience was always during rest and had mild symptoms of chest pain at intervals during rest prior to my emergencey room incident 3 weeks prior to my severe chest pain incent..   I was diagnosed with cardiac artery spasms and was prescribed Norvasc 5 mg. daily.  I went to my cardiologist a week later for follow up he informed me that my severe chest pain was probably caused by esophageal spasms.  However, I do not suffer from Gastric Reflux and have never had a problem with my stomach.  Also,he stated because my EKG was normal and cardiac cath showed no blockage and was not given troponin during my cath, which is suppose to diagnose cardiac artery spasms. My cardiologist prescribed prilosec, and Norvasc 10 mg daily as well as Nitro prn. I am also taking aspirin 325 mg daily, plavix 75 mg, Imdur 30 mg daily and Lisinopril 10 mg. daily
