I'm wondering if you have elevated blood pressure because the pressure in your Left Ventricle (systolic) does seem a bit on the high side. If this is the case, then your heart will be working harder than it needs to.
The report you give is very small, and unfortunately only gives details of the RCA which are irrelevant in your case because the Left side has the issues. If you have ischaemia causing the front/left section of the ventricle to become weak, then the report will mention vessels such as LAD (left anterior descending), the Diagonal vessels and the Left Main Stem. As you have already received 5 bypass vessels, perhaps it might be safe to assume at least two of these were related to the LAD. The 20% blockage in the RCA shouldn't be causing any problems.
Is there any way you can make out the other vessels on the report? there will also be mention of the Left Circumflex (Lcx). The O you refer to could be part of that vessel called the Obtuse Marginal, which also has other branches known as OM1 and OM2.
I cannot read those numbers. I am just an ordinary heart patient myself but know that much if we worry that will push us in to the as you put it” life threatening” situation much more likely and much sooner.
Best can be done KEEP THE HEART FRIENDLY LIFSTILE in every day 24 hours a day, then we have a chance to live a long life, but only then.
Love your “weak heart” as I do love mine, be appreciated for having it, smile and that’s that. Simple.:)
My Best to you!
