I just had a CT Angiogram my calcium score is at 2. I am only 36 my Dr. put me on statin and a diet. Should I do a diet to reduce my cholesterol intake or my calcium intake?

I would assume that if the Doc put you on a Statin, your Cholestorol numbers must be higher than normal?  then the diet would be for lowering your Cholestorol.

Do you have a family history of hypercholestorolemia?
