My ECG read on top normal sinus rhythm. Minimal voltage criteria for LVH, may be normal variant and nonspecific St and t wave abnormality. Vent rate 79bpm PR interval 192 qrs duration 80 qt /QTc 352/398ms p-r-t axes 34 ,-4 ,34. Abnormal ECG
It is hard to give a diagnosis over the internet without meeting you in person and personally reviewing your ECG but generally speaking the EKG is rather unremarkable.
LVH means left ventricular hypertrophy which refers to thickening of heart muscle. It is non specific finding and it is not something that we worry about too much.
The only thing that can potentially be important to watch is your blood pressure. I know that you have mentioned that you have normal blood pressure but that may be the only thing you want to keep a close eye on.
Hope that helps
