Hi helen218, have you heard any more about your situation?  I also had an abnormal EKG like yourself, and am going in for an in-depth stress test in a few minutes.  I am interested in hearing stories from people that have been in similar situations.  How are you doing?  Well, I hope :)  Hope to hear from you!

Ischemia is a lack of blood flow to the heart.  Usually due to some blockage of the coronary arteries.  An EKG is not a reliable source for ischemia, more helpful for heartbeat rhythm evaluation.  Repolorization is gibberish in an electrical sense and means preparing by charging an electrical potential to discharge and move the impulse along a pathway.
