Male 37 years old. Results of different heart tests are
> September 2006 during routien examination ECG showed T low/down (arrow downward) III AVF, BP 135/80.
> Octuber 2006 ETT border line for ischaemia
> April 2007 Myocardial perfusion stress images show relatively decreased tracer uptake in the distribution of LAD and RCA with tracer redistribution at rest. Mild to moderate stress induced reversible perfusion anomaly in the distribution of LAD and RCA.
> April 2007 Cholesterol 153, Triglycerides 129, LDL 83, HDL 44.
> April 2007 Coronary Angiogram
LCA LMS: Short and Normal
LAD: Normal
LCx: Normal
RCA: Dominant and normal.
LV Cine: Normal sized LV with good LV function.
Diagnosis: Normal coronary arteries with good LV function.
Some time slight diffused pain on left side of chest (heart site).
My question is that why there are differences in these tests. What could be the problem. Is there any heart problem.
