Heart enlargement - Please help!

Dear Doctors,
I'm 38 years old, 170 pounds - yes overweight, PVC, BP ( currently taking medication, with medication it's about 140/90 on
average - sometimes a bit more, but mostly about those numbers)

     Jun '99 - chest xray - CT ratio = 16/27 - cardiomegaly
     Jun '99 - Echo cardio - normal M-Mode measurements
normal valve apcs (aper - I cannot understand writing )
Cardiologist said - heart is not enlarged
     Nov '99 - chest xray - CT ratio = 15.5/26 - cardiomegaly
Nov '99 - Chest CT scan - says cardia silhoutte demonstrates multi chamber enlargement.
     Question -
What do I believe? Is echo better than CT scan. Echo says normal heart 6 months ago, now again CT says multi chamber
     enlargement.
xray both times said about the same CT/ratio.

CT is more recent. Should I be worried. What does multi chamber enlargement mean to me. what kind of symptoms sh0uld I
foresee. I do not have any except PVC.

     Thanks.
