Help interpret ECG

Hoping someone can help me interpret 2 ABNORMAL ECG's that I have had recently.  Up until now ECG's have been completely normal, then 2 wks apart got to abnormal reports.  I am wondering if they point in any specific direction.  Here they are -

Vent Rate 107 bpm - (This I know is sinus tachycardia, and isn't of significance)
PR interval 186 ms - Right atrial enlargment
QRS duration 88 ms - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy with repolarization abnormality
QT/QTc - 356/475 ms - Abnormal ECG
P-R-T axes - 85 87 270
___________________

The second one -
Sinus Rhythm - normal p axis, v-rate 50-99
Borderline AV Conduction delay - PR >195, v-rate 91-120
Consider Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
Borderline prolonged QT interval - QTc. 485 ms
P-R-T axis 79 71 61
Abnormal ECG

Can anyone explain the big difference between the P-R-T axes from one ECG to another, and does anyone know what the 'abnormalities' are?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
The PRT axes is way over my head. But I think the repolarization abnormality is related to your QT interval. It is borderline prolonged on the first ecg and the second ecg says borderlined prolonged but a QTc over 470 ms in a man and over 480 ms in a woman is actually considered prolonged. Your PR interval (over 195) is also a bit longer than usual, but still within normal limits I think. Normal is up to 200ms.

Have you been referred to an electrophysiologist (EP) after these 2 ecgs? If not you should demand one. ECGs are only an interpretation and when these are manually read by an experienced EP it can be different than the numbers that are automatically listed on the ECG.

I would definitely be seeking a second opinion if no answers were offered to you. Doctors often overlook conduction and repolarization abnormalities on ECGs because they are not really sure what they are themselves. Trust me on this one, I saw several cardiologists before an EP took one look at my ECG, made a diagnosis and implanted an ICD. I'm not saying an ICD is your future, just using my situation as an example for getting a second opinion.
Take care,
