Hole in the heart? please help?

Hi my dear friends/Doctors i am in need of your help regarding heart operation.A "7 year old boy" was suffering from hole in the heart and because of that the pumping of heart was not functioning well.Because of that the blood circulation in his body stops or pumping very less than the normal way.By these way the lungs also got damaged and doctors said that if we do "Open Heart Surgery" he can be saved and Surgery was done and replaced with some kind of Artificial organ...but its of no use,when the kid as taken to hospital for check up.Doctors had a X-Ray and found that the Artificial Organ was not found,which means it dissolved in the body.Now again,The problem started with the heart pumping and also with lungs functioning(Blood Clotted).Now the child was a bit fine but the pumping of blood slowed down,the blood clotted even in brain and lost his Body Functioning of One Side.Recently,He was taken to physiotherapy and recovered his one leg and also a small functioning in his hand.But has a 7 year old boy,he was suffering much.Kindly i request you all to answer for these problem and i also request you,if you find a best doctor for this cure.Kindly,Let us know and i am sorry for my english and i was unable to say exactly about the child since i am a student of his father and i want to help him
