Recently lost consciousness/Prolonged chest pain

I've been having chest pains near my heart for the last 2 months, I've been to urgent care and the doctor told me I had a chest wall sprain and it would take 2 weeks to heal. Since then, the pains have been occurring and last night while hanging out with some friends I felt the pain worse than any other time. I complained to my friend about the pain and almost immediately after I fall out of my chair, smack my head on the pavement, and go into "minor" convulsions (my friends said I was shaking and my eyes were kind of glazed back). I awoke on the ground and had no idea what had happened but I felt weak and in pain and immediately went to the hospital. The EKG and x-rays came out fine so this leaves me asking, what is wrong with me?

(I smoke cigarettes and marijuana)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello. It is hard to give you a specific recommendation without your full medical history and a physical exam. If your doctor already ruled out that your pain was related to the heart, probably the most likely cause that you passed out was a vasovagal syncope. This is caused by a fast drop in the blood pressure that decreases the flow to the brain and the patient loose consciousness. The prognosis of a vasovagal syncope is in general very good as it is usually produced in patients with normal hearts. I recommend you to see your doctor and describe the episode that you had as the symptoms before passing out are crucial to define what happened. Good luck.

I would go to a cardiologist and demand a referral for a stress echo. That will answer a lot about whats going on. You need to do this now in the meantime take prescription motrin 800 mgs. Its great for internal inflammation that your experiencing. If you cant get prrescription then take over the counter Motrin, you can take up to 800 mgs. at one time. Good luck!  ***@****
