The fact that your father's normalNormal saline flush heart rate is 57 is why he got the pacer, and it probably dropped lower than that at times. 60 to 70 bpm is where almost all pacers are set. I'm betting your father is going to start having more energy soon. I'm a senior, I have Brady-Tachy syndrome and I feel much more energized since the pacemaker insertion. No mistake was made by the doctor.
